In the 1970鈥檚 & early 1980鈥檚 a group of citizens from Camp, Morris and Titus Counties decided that residents of this part of 草榴社区 Texas deserved the opportunity for a better life through higher education. 草榴社区 opened its doors just a few short years later in 1985.
We鈥檝e grown & changed a lot since then, but our mission remains the same - to provide outstanding educational opportunities. NTCC really does offer something for just about everyone. Some of our programs and services include:
