W.G. Foster gives $5,000 to NTCC Work Scholarship Program

W.G. Foster, a long-time resident of Morris County, recently gave $5,000 to sponsor five鈥爏tudents in the 草榴社区 pilot Work Scholarship Program this summer. The gift was given in memory of Foster's late wife Bobbie Garrett Foster.
