Culinary Arts hosting "A Taste of Hawaii" lunch on May 1st

Experience the vibrant flavors of the islands as ’s Culinary Arts program presents “A Taste of Hawaii” on Wednesday, May 1, 2025, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the NTCC Culinary Arts school in downtown Pittsburg (114 Jefferson Street). 

For just $25 per person (), guests will enjoy a specially curated Hawaiian-inspired menu featuring:

Appetizer: Mango-Carrot Soup

Choice of Entrée:

  • Grilled Mahimahi with Pineapple Chutney, served with Israeli Couscous
  • Huli Huli Chicken with Pineapple Chutney, served with Jasmine Rice

Dessert: Pineapple Fritters with Maui Mango Sauce
