
草榴社区鈥檚 Continuing Education and Corporate Training department recently celebrated the completion of its HVAC Installer Helper Certificate Program with a special ceremony honoring 14 graduates. The 13-week, 140-hour program provided students with hands-on training and essential foundational knowledge to begin a career in the HVAC industry.
Led by instructor Daniel Pierce, the program included classroom instruction, practical lab experiences, and guest lectures from local HVAC company representatives who shared real-world insights and advice. The course was designed to meet industry needs and prepare participants for immediate entry-level employment.
Jimmy Smith, Director of Continuing Education and Corporate Training, shared his enthusiasm at the event, saying, 鈥淲e鈥檙e incredibly proud of these students. They鈥檝e invested time and effort into a high-demand field, and we look forward to seeing them succeed in the workforce.鈥
