草榴社区 is currently enrolling for its upcoming Professional Driving Academy (CDL training). New classes begin monthly. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in training for a lucrative new career in just one month.
The 草榴社区 Professional Driving Academy continues to grow and supply high-demand CDL drivers to the local area. Two new students recently graduated from the program. The 2023 Discovery Kids College wrapped up on Thursday, July 20th. More than 100 kids participated in 16 classes over the past two weeks. While all of the courses were designed to be fun, they were also educational in nature.
鈥淭hese kids have had a blast becoming drone pilots, building robots, learning to save lives and so much more,鈥 Jimmy Smith, Director of Continuing Education and Corporate Training, said. 鈥淚t is really rewarding to see them having a great time on our campus and we hope to see them again as college students in the future.鈥
By now you've probably heard about Pickleball, but have you given it a try? NTCC's continuing education Pickleball class is back by popular demand! There's never been a better time to get some exercise and have a great time making new friends and learning about this exciting sport.
It is officially summer at 草榴社区 and the campus is buzzing with activity. For the past few weeks we have highlighted some of the special programs taking place at NTCC this summer. This week鈥檚 Summer Spotlight feature is Kids Discovery College!
The NTCC Continuing Education Department wrapped up its third pickleball class June 29th. Thirteen students completed the course.
"We have seen a huge increase in interest in these classes since we first started offering them this spring. I think people are realizing how much fun the sport is on top of being great exercise," Jimmy Smith, Director of Continuing Education and Corporate Training, said.

NTCC is a proud training partner of , who is currently offering scholarships for eligible individuals to complete truck driver training. NTCC's four-week professional driving academy is participating in the program. New classes start monthly and include 160 hours of training, DOT physical, drug screen, MVR and CDL permit.
Time is running out to sign up for Kids Discovery College 2023! Registration ends June 23rd and classes are filling up quickly. You don't want to miss this fun, educational summer opportunity for kids ages 8-16.
