About one year ago a health issue caused me to evaluate my current state of wellness.鈥犫燗lso, with the early passing of several family members in the last few years, I said to myself, if you don?t make some changes, you won?t be around much longer; therefore, in March, 2011, I started to work on quitting smoking.鈥犫燗 tongue spray worked for me, and I have been smoke free since June, 2011.鈥犫營n addition to quitting cigarettes I have begun walking and eating less fried foods and more fruits and vegetables.鈥犫燭he net result is a better me.
