The 草榴社区 Rodeo Team made the long trip to Uvalde, Texas to compete in the Southwest Texas Junior College Rodeo October 2-3.
Sophomores Peyton Cooper and Garrett Fields had a nice showing for NTCC. Peyton (Ivanhoe, Texas) placed seventh in Goat Tying, while Garrett (Quitman, Texas) placed sixth in the Steer Wrestling event.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA/TASFA) form must be resubmitted every academic year. Also, just because you may not have qualified during the previous year, doesn鈥檛 mean you shouldn鈥檛 apply this year as well. Out of an abundance of caution, 草榴社区 has cancelled Scare Affair 2020. The college鈥檚 annual Halloween carnival is a popular family event that is usually held in late October.
