Quilts by local quilters will hang in the Whatley Center foyer in what is now an annual tradition for the NTCC art department. For the eighth year, quilters will bring their treasured art to share with the community. The exhibit will run from Friday, Nov. 8th through Monday, Nov. 25th. A reception is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 13th at 12:30 p.m. in the Whatley Center foyer, and refreshments will be served.
The public is invited to view the exhibit during regular business hours, but please call ahead to 903-434-8181 to ensure the gallery is open.

NTCC is pleased to announce that the 2024 Scare Affair event was a huge success! The event raised more than $8,500 in ticket sales from 34 engaging booths and games. More than one ton of candy was distributed to the community.
Former 草榴社区 (NTCC) students, Michael Rodriguez (now at Texas A&M-Commerce) and George Burrows (now at Texas A&M College Station), recently had several papers published in scientific journals. With his mentor, Dr.

The 草榴社区 Foundation hosted its annual Scholarship Brunch on Friday, Nov. 1st in the Student Union Building. More than 200 donors, scholarship recipients and guests attended. The event is held to honor scholarship recipients and give them a chance to connect with the generous donors who make their awards possible. Click here to view/download event photos!
Registration is officially underway for the Spring 2025 semester. Spring classes begin on Tuesday, January 21st. Students are encouraged to sign up early so they can get the classes they need in their desired format and time. Click here to view schedules!
On October 19, Phi Theta Kappa students Alison Majors, Skylar Hodson, Sarah Dierflinger, Noah Pettey, Jordan Berkley, Remington Covey, Tristan Dierflinger, Araceli Landaverde, and Jose Fuentes traveled to Jefferson TX for the 22nd annual Bigfoot Conference. Jefferson has been dubbed both 鈥渢he most haunted town in Texas鈥 and the 鈥淏igfoot Capitol of Texas,鈥 and so it was the perfect place for our chapter to continue their research on local folktales.

The Theatre Program at 草榴社区 is pleased to announce that it will host a production of Wait Until Dark (by Frederick Knott) November 14-16 at the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts.
