PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
In the fall of 1997, 草榴社区 began the Welding Program in the Industrial Technology Building. It started with 12 Gas Metal Arc Welding students (MIG Class) on part-time bases. Every semester the college was getting more new interested students in this program. Therefore, in the fall of 2000, the college decided to make a full time welding program offering more and different kinds of welding courses at different times to support all welding students five days, and four nights a week (Monday through Thursday).
